Your order signifies your agreement to be bound by these Purchase & Shipping Terms, which constitute the agreement between House Of Energy (ABN: 87968033420) and you.
You must provide complete and accurate details at the time of making your purchase. You may be required to provide additional details upon our request to ensure the accuracy of your order. You must enter the correct delivery address and delivery instructions at the time of placing your order. If you enter an incorrect address, House Of Energy is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address.
All prices quoted on our website or pursuant to your enquiry with us are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
We reserve the right to vary the prices displayed on the website from time to time and without notice to you.
Our prices do not include transport insurance.
House Of Energy will only accept payment for products via Paypal (and subsequently credit card) and Afterpay.
After you make payment for your order, you will receive a transaction confirmation email, which confirms receipt of your order.
House Of Energy only ships to destinations within Australia at this time.
Products shipped from House Of Energy will be via Australia Post unless agreed otherwise between the parties.
Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of receiving cleared funds for your order. However, orders may be shipped within 3 working days of receiving cleared funds .
We cannot guarantee delivery times; however, you should receive your delivery within 2-10 business days.
Our listings do not include insurance. Please contact us if you require insurance so we can discuss options and any additional costs (it’s usually only a couple dollars more).
DAMAGED AND LOST ITEMS
As stated by the ACCC House Of Energy “does not have to pay for damages or losses that:
- are not caused by their conduct, or their products
- relate to something independent of their business, after the goods left their control.”
This includes damaged items while in transit.
However, if you receive any items that are damaged please let us know ASAP so that we can assist you in any way we can. Any compensation will be at the discretion of House Of Energy.
Tracking numbers accompany every order unless specifically stated within the product description. Tracking details are not emailed to the customer unless specifically asked for. We are working on a module that will automatically send you your tracking number, stay tuned.
