I've designed these journalling prompts as a way to gain a deeper understanding of yourself and shift things that need to be moved on, and to welcome the answers of your soul. Sometimes these prompts/questions may be uncomfortable to address but this is where the healing and growing can happen. Try to be honest with yourself and know it's okay to have a break and rest - come back to it when you feel you have more clarity on the topic.

Grab a journal, a pen, take a moment to center yourself and focus on the breath. Alternatively you can copy and paste the questions below and print them off. Now write what comes to you for each question below.


1. What are some activities that make you feel good at a soul level?
